Preview & Modifications
Before shipping, you'll receive a photo preview of your artwork. If it's not exactly what you wanted, let us know! We're happy to make adjustments or have another artist redo it to ensure it meets your expectations.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it free of charge. After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% fee to compensate our artists for their time.
- After Receiving: Not satisfied with your painting? You can request a refund within 14 days of receipt. A 15% fee will apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
- Custom Paintings: These are made to order just for you which means they are not in our store available for sale and cannot be refunded.
- Limited Editions: These paintings are crafted only once. Due to their unique nature, our limited edition paintings cannot be returned or refunded once created.
